Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS (Frontend) and Node JS (Backend). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend – React JS
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React JS
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible
Backend – Node JS
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node JS (Express/NestJS)
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient server-side code
Collaboration & Quality
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React JS, Hooks, Redux / Context API
- Strong backend development experience with Node JS
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience using Git (GitHub / Bitbucket)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Databases & Tools
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
- Understanding of Docker is an advantage
Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Exposure to Microservices Architecture
- Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
- Experience in production deployments and monitoring
