Role Overview Description

Backend Development (Django & AI Integration)

Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend systems using Django or other Python web frameworks.

Design and manage ORM-based data models and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

Build and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs with JWT authentication.

Integrate AI technologies (OpenAI LLMs, GPT APIs, etc.) into backend processes.

Deploy and maintain backend services on Azure or other cloud platforms (containerization with Docker & Kubernetes preferred).

Frontend Development (Angular & React )

Develop and optimize Angular and React applications with efficient state management (NgRx, RxJS, or equivalent).

Build responsive and interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

Implement seamless API integrations and ensure efficient frontend-backend communication.

Optimize performance, manage frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM), and enhance UI/UX.

User Analytics & Data Insights

Integrate and configure Mixpanel for website and application user behavior tracking.

Analyze user engagement, feature adoption, and conversion metrics to drive data-driven improvements.

Implement event tracking strategies across both frontend and backend for key interactions.

Collaboration & Best Practices

Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure smooth application functionality.

Utilize GitHub for version control, participate in code reviews, and follow agile development practices.

Ensure application security by implementing best practices for authentication, authorization, and data privacy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python & Django, ORM libraries (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy), and relational databases.
• Frontend Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid understanding of responsive UI principles.
• API & Authentication: Experience in building and managing APIs, including JWT-based authentication and OAuth2.0.
• Cloud & Deployment: Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP for cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management.
• User Analytics: Experience integrating Mixpanel (or similar analytics tools) for event tracking and user behavior analysis.
• Version Control & Agile: Proficiency with Git, GitHub workflows, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• AI & Automation Integration: Familiarity with LLM integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and prompt engineering.
