The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing enterprise web/mobile application delivery, stakeholder coordination, customer onboarding, issue resolution, and end-to-end SDLC execution.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage enterprise web/mobile application delivery and coordinate with stakeholders.


• Handle customer onboarding and provide training to ensure smooth project execution.


• Resolve issues and execute end-to-end SDLC processes.


• Develop user relationships through professional, dependable, and accurate interactions.


• Coordinate with multiple department stakeholders to achieve project goals.


• Deliver application solutions to customers, addressing mission-critical issues beyond office hours.


• Travel to customer sites for high-profile issue resolution when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Web technologies, mobile technologies, enterprise web design, and development.


• Ability to work on multiple tasks and track progress.


• Experience with QMS and SDLC processes.


• Skilled in testing methodologies and functional analysis.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in handling user interactions.


• A B.Tech/B.E. or MCA degree is required.
