Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis


Provide delivery-focused finance leadership across multiple Lines of Business and / or Functions, with clear accountability for delivery against KPIs and SLAs. Drive strong expense process and services whilst proactively engaging onshore stakeholders.

Work with the offshore team to prioritise actions, remove barriers and deliver transformation benefits through simplified, standardised and digitised finance services and processes. Be prepared to be hands-on where required to ensure timely delivery of outputs with a high standard of accuracy at all times.


Shift - ANZ ( 3:30 AM)


Responsibilities

  • Lead expense services and processes (month-end close, expense forecasting and insights & performance reporting) ensuring accurate and timely deliverables with assessment against agreed performance metrics.
  • Own output of financial controls and hygiene checks across the owned portfolio.
  • Work with onshore partners to identify simplification, standardization and digitization opportunities and drive to conclusion.
  • Lead and develop high-performing offshore teams with clear goals, role clarity and performance cadence
  • Create a culture of ownership, proactive engagement, self-review and continuous improvement, which supports the delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Provide practical coaching and support to the offshore team to enable them to develop to their full potential and to address any real-time matters that are raised in the daily course of business.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • CA, CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Postgraduate / MBA Finance (B. Com Graduation)
  • Strong understanding of banking/financial services cost structures and financial management.
  • Proven senior finance business partnering experience, proactively engaging onshore leaders to deliver against agreed priorities.
  • Deep expertise in expense services and processes including defining measures, tracking outcomes and addressing matters of concern
  • Experience leading teams in an offshore delivery model, with strong service management, quality controls and outcome-based performance management.
  • Banking or financial services experience across multiple Lines of Business.
  • Knowledge of financial control frameworks and risk management in the banking sector.

  • Trusted advisor with strong relationshipbuilding capability and a proactive engagement style with onshore partners.
  • Highly analytical and actionoriented, with the ability to simplify complex issues into clear decisions, accountabilities and deliverables.
  • Practical and handson when neededrolls up sleeves to unblock delivery, validate outputs and support the team through peak periods or change.
  • Accountable for results and benefit delivery; sets clear standards, measures performance, and follows through to close the loop.
  • Familiarity with finance systems and tools (e.g. GL, TM1).
  • Desirable to have Lean, Six Sigma or design-thinking exposure.
