Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support project financing, fund-raising, and financial planning activities. The role involves building financial models, preparing feasibility reports, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring post-funding compliance for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and projections for projects
- Analyze revenues, costs, margins, and cash flows
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs projected)
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making
Project Finance & Feasibility:
- Develop feasibility reports including IRR, NPV, DSCR, and break-even analysis
- Estimate project costs, funding structures, and revenue projections
- Support evaluation of new project acquisitions and developments
- Update financial models based on changes in assumptions
Cash Flow Management:
- Prepare and monitor project-wise cash flow statements
- Track inflows (sales) and outflows (construction, land, debt servicing)
- Assist in liquidity planning and fund utilization
Debt & Fund Raising Support:
- Monitor loan outstanding, repayment schedules, and interest obligations
- Review loan agreements, covenants, and funding conditions
- Assist in fund-raising activities and documentation
Lender & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Liaise with legal, valuation, and internal teams
- Handle lender MIS, drawdown requests, and reporting
Post-Funding Compliance:
- Track compliance with financial covenants and conditions
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation submission
- Support closure of audit observations and compliance gaps
Key Skills Required:
- Strong financial modeling and project finance knowledge
- Experience in real estate finance preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Understanding of loan agreements and covenants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management
