Role & responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Stewardship-

• Drive annual budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with GDC Finance Controllers.
• Ensure financial plans align with business priorities and deliver predictable outcomes.

Insightful Analysis & Decision Support-

• Analyze monthly Actuals, Forecasts, and Budgets using Group Reporting tools.
• Conduct variance analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly Management Review packs that tell the story behind the numbers.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Modeling -

• Model and track key KPIs (ARVE, ADRC, etc.) to measure operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Excel and Power BI for real-time insights.

Transformation Leadership-

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across GDC streamline processes, automate reporting, and enhance compliance.
• Maintain TransFORM compliance for all finance reporting.

Agility & Responsiveness

• Provide timely responses to ad-hoc management requests with actionable insights.
• Convert complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership

Preferred candidate profile -

• MBA / CA
• Candidate with 9-10 years of work experience with finance and accounting background hands on experience in Financial reporting, MIS, KPI Tracking & Finance analytics and Financial planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to summarize large volume of excel data
• Ability to work in tight deadlines, under pressure and be flexible to meet the needs of the business
• Advanced excel skills, working knowledge of other Microsoft applications
