Role & responsibilities

Execute field activities (visits, activations, residential/commercial canvassing) to acquire retail customers.

  • Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
  • Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
  • Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
  • Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
  • Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
  • Implement field-based strategies to maximise customer acquisition.
  • Manage high-volume conversions with smaller ticket sizes.
  • Conduct pitches and overcome objections to drive closures.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.

Strong track record of customer acquisition & sales closure.

Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.

Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.

High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
