Mission
  • Support the Balance Sheet Reconciliation process for Calderys Group entities, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely resolution of risk items
  • Manage the BPO team and partner with regional finance and controllers to deliver accurate, high-quality reconciliations in line with Group accounting policies and internal control standards
  • Drive standardization, process improvement, and strong balance sheet governance across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Supporting global lead balance sheet of local entities and drive discussions regarding the quality and resolution of risk items.
  • Support BPO in delivery of quality Balance Sheet Reconciliation in line with the Calderys policies
  • Maintain the ARCS system, run monthly reconciliation cycles, coordinate changes to the system
  • Monitor and communicate monthly progress of the balance sheet reconciliation cycle
  • Highlight any issues and risks to country and regional controllers
  • Prepare the documentation for month-end control process, ensuring full compliance with Calderys requirements. Support control remediation where required.
  • Run analysis and provide schedules and summaries for entity Financial Controllers and Directors, including monthly governance and risk management forum
  • Support audit deliverables as required.
  • Drive standardization and improvements in area of Balance Sheet Process
    • Requirements

      • Qualification (CA/MBA or equivalent) or advanced level in career.
        • Experience in similar role for at least 5 years.
          • SAP or major ERP experience including Balance Sheet Management Software
        • Exposure to the System Management
        • Good organizational skills, ability to manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met.
        • Strong presentation skills.
        • Problem solving and a growth and enterprise mindset.
