Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Voice Representative. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This is a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of customer handling, and the ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the globe
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  
• Work in a rotational shift, including night shifts
  
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
  
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  

Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, or a related field
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Good knowledge of customer handling and conflict resolution
  
• Ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts
  
• Immediate joiner preferred or maximum 15 days' notice period
  
• Willingness to work in a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position
  

Additional Information

• Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per month (depending on last CTC and experience)

• Contract Duration: 4-6 months
