Role & responsibilities

  • To visit the Referral doctors in the assigned areas to develop relationship for getting referrals .
  • You are responsible for the achievement of the assigned target.
  • Keep regular Follow ups with Referral doctors, maintain call average norms and keep updating doctors list .
  • To provide timely feedbacks of the referred patients to the Referral doctors.
  • To conduct various brand building and visibility related activities in surrounding areas , associations , clubs and RWAs to improve footfalls
  • To meet internal doctors for their suggestions to improve footfalls.
  • To conduct CMEs, Round Table meets and Cluster meets with Referral doctors in the assigned areas.
  • To ensure Referral fees reaches the Referral doctors on time.
  • To maintain Referral data on Monthly basis.
  • Should meet on an average in a month 8 GPs in a day.
  • To Follow up with the leads generated through various camp activities.
  • Facilitation of GPs to our hospital and introducing to Internal consultants and management team.
  • To submit the daily work report to the Reporting Manager.
