Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of FDR Register, BG Register with cost allocation & prepaid, daily payment MIS.
- Daily Banking Work (Issued cheques/prepare manual RTGS/NEFT
- remittance).
- Issue Debit Note/Credit Note Settlement/Purchase Order/Sales Order
- Basic Knowledge of GST/Income Tax.
- Basic Knowledge of accounting principles/GAAP, GST Laws & Income Tax.
- Knowledge of Tally/SAP. SAP Experience preferred.
- Invoices recording, Processing and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Managed day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
- Maintain sales register and generating of sales Invoices other required documents.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
