- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Java and Python .
- Configure, customize, and extend ETQ Reliance modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate ETQ Reliance with enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ETQ Reliance and related applications.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and system performance.
- 6 7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs) and Python (Flask/Django, scripting) .
- Hands on experience with ETQ Reliance platform (configuration, workflows, integrations).
- Solid understanding of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in quality management systems (QMS) or compliance platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
- Strong collaboration skills with global teams.
- Certification in Java/Python or ETQ Reliance is an advantage.
