We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP–Salesforce Integration Analyst to serve as the operational owner of the data pipeline between SAP HANA and Salesforce. In this role you will monitor daily integration runs, resolve data discrepancies, support the financial close process, and build proactive data-quality safeguards. You will act as the primary liaison with our Accenture TPM Application Support team on Salesforce configuration and data issues.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor and validate all three daily SAP HANA → Salesforce integration runs; triage failed interface records and drive root-cause resolution within SLA.
• Investigate and remediate data discrepancies caused by SAP pricing-condition changes, customer-hierarchy updates, or master-data timing gaps between SAP and Salesforce
• Support the month-end financial feeds from TPM to financial budgeting and consolidation system (PBCS by Oracle) by verifying data completeness, resolving pipeline errors (e.g., rogue Salesforce RTR records), and confirming timely financial close.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with Accenture TPM Application Support on Salesforce configuration changes, defect resolution, and data-related service requests.
• Design, build, and maintain data-quality monitoring capabilities including alert rules, automated validation checks, and preventative anomaly-detection routines.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention through automation and process improvement.
• Own and maintain documentation of integration logic, interface mappings, known issues, and step-by-step resolution runbooks.
• Keep runbooks current as system changes are deployed and share knowledge with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with:

• Advanced SQL
• SAP HANA – Data ingestion and modeling
• Microsoft Azure Data Factory for ETL/ELT workloads
• Microsoft Data Fabric (Power BI)
• Snowflake – Data ingestion and modeling
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a concentration in the field of computer science or related technical discipline
