Role Overview
As the TPM for the Low-Code Platform, you will be the "glue" that connects multiple independent modules into a unified product release
  • You will bridge communication gaps between Engineering Managers, synchronize development cycles, and ensure that cross-module dependencies are identified and resolved before they become blockers
Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Governance: Design and maintain a unified Jira architecture (Advanced Roadmaps/Portfolio) that aggregates data from all module-specific projects
  • Release Orchestration: Manage the "Platform Release Train," ensuring all modules (UI, Workflow, Data, etc) are synchronized for integrated testing and deployment
  • Dependency Management: Proactively identify technical and schedule dependencies between modules
  • Lead the "Scrum of Scrums" to resolve conflicts
  • Risk Mitigation: Maintain a platform-level risk register
  • Track "Integration Debt" and ensure technical module owners are aligned on interface contracts
  • Process Standardization: Standardize the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" across teams to ensure quality consistency at the integration layer
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide the Head of Development with a real-time, consolidated view of platform health, velocity, and delivery timelines
Required Technical Skills
  • Jira Power User: Expert-level knowledge of Jira configurations, JQL, Automation, and Advanced Roadmaps
  • Ability to "coach" EMs on best practices
  • Systems Architecture: Enough technical depth to understand API contracts, microservices communication, and CI/CD pipelines
  • SDLC Mastery: Deep experience in Agile, Kanban, and scaled frameworks (like SAFe or LeSS) adapted for modular platforms
Soft Skills
  • LeadershipInfluencing Without Authority: The ability to challenge timelines and dependencies without causing friction
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating when two modules have competing priorities for a shared resource or integration point
    Key Skills: Jira
