Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure execution of interior and civil finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

2. Site Management

  • Supervise all on-site activities including civil finishes, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC coordination, etc.
  • Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and tools at site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth workflow.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and share progress updates.

4. Quality Control

  • Ensure all work is executed as per approved BOQ, drawings, and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and rectify defects or deviations in a timely manner.

5. Cost & Billing Management

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material consumption.
  • Ensure proper documentation for billing and approvals.

6. Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage and evaluate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure work is completed as per contractual terms and timelines.

7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Reports), project trackers, and documentation.
  • Track pending issues, RFIs, and ensure timely closure.

8. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and delays and take proactive corrective actions.
  • Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to avoid project impact.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of home interiors, civil finishing, and MEP coordination
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in residential interior and finishing projects
  • Experience in high-end or luxury residential projects preferred
