Job Summary

We are seeking a Duck Creek QA Analyst with strong testing experience in Duck Creek Policy Administration Systems and hands-on exposure to Duck Creek upgrades to version 7.2.4. The ideal candidate should have expertise in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and validating Duck Creek configurations in insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, for Duck Creek Policy .
  
  
• Validate upgrade activities from earlier Duck Creek versions to 7.2.4.
  
  
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
  
  
• Validate policy lifecycle transactions including quote, bind, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  
  
• Work with developers and business teams to identify and resolve defects.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
  
• Perform API and backend validation using SQL queries.
  
• Support production releases and smoke testing activities.
  
• Maintain defect reports and testing documentation using tools like JIRA/ALM.
  
  

Required Skills

• Functional expertise in P & C Insurance products – Experience in both Admitted and Non-Admitted Lines
  
  

• Experience in validating Duck Creek Platform Upgrade Programs.
  
  
• Expertise/ Hands-On experience in testing all Duck Creek Policy features including Data Shredding.
  
• Expertise/Hands-On experience in Web Application, XMl, SQl DB and DLL validations.
  
• Hands-On experience using Zephyr, Jira etc. tools
  
• Expertise in Manual Testing process. – Ability of Design, Formulate and execute Test cases.
  
• Experience in Performance Testing will be a key advantage.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation testing tools.
  
  
• Knowledge of Duck Creek product configuration validation.
  
  
• Experience with integration and end-to-end testing.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Duck Creek certification.
  
  
• Experience with Selenium or automation frameworks.
