The role involves handling documentation related to vendors and individual contributors, supporting backend processes, and assisting in administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with operational and billing records.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in documentation / backend / admin operations
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written & verbal) for coordination with local and overseas candidates

• Manage and maintain vendor and contributor records
• Support day-to-day backend and administrative operations
• Coordinate for billing, records, and inventory updates
• Ensure proper documentation accuracy and compliance
