• Define end-to-end architecture for finance and enterprise platforms

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Drive technical decision-making across teams

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Contribute to frontend architecture using React.js, Node.js, or React Native
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

AI & Data Platform Engineering

• Build and support data platforms for advanced analytics use cases
• Develop AI-driven solutions using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI tools
• Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and other AI productivity frameworks

Distributed Systems & Integration

• Design systems using Kafka, caching layers, SQL & NoSQL databases
• Ensure high availability and scalability across global user base
• Integrate ERP and enterprise systems effectively

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with global engineering teams

Engineering Excellence

• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and review processes
• Ensure adherence to best practices in system design and security
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation
