- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience with automation and any version control tools
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP)
- Experience in the customer service/contact center industry
- Familiarity with IVR/contact flow design concepts such as routing, attributes, integrations (e.g., Lambda), and case management
