DevSecOps Engineer
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and technical authority, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. DevSecOps Engineer

Summary Of Responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of DevSecOps practices using AWS Devops
- Drive the execution of the DevSecOps adoption strategy and roadmap
- Define and maintain AWS DevOps architecture standards focused on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness
- Lead the design and implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps and modern automation tooling
- Oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure
- Partner with Security, Cloud, Engineering, and Compliance to scale secure DevOps capabilities
- Champion engineering enablement through reusable templates, self-service platforms, and knowledge sharing
- Mentor and develop DevSecOps champions across delivery teams and lead capability-building programs
- Standardize the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and lead implementation of test automation strategies
- Define and track KPIs (e.g. metrics, cost optimization, compliance), ensuring continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps roles.
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a passion for enablement and continuous improvement
- Leadership experience, with a history of guiding teams and driving cultural change
- Strong communication and advocacy skills to promote DevSecOps adoption
- Ability to influence and mentor teams to drive DevSecOps maturity
- Proven expertise in Terraform and other IaC tools for automating deployments
- Extensive experience in AWS DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design and automation frameworks with Circle-CI
- Strong grasp of DevSecOps principles and integrating security into automated workflows
- Proven track record of driving DevOps transformations, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics to track DevOps success
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly in AWS environments and Docker
- AWS Monitoring Services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
- IaC tools: AWS CloudFormation template & AWS serverless
- Code Repository (GitHub, Bitbucket etc.)
- Scripting Language: Python & Shell
- IOT Domain Knowledge
- AWS Certified: AWS Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified: AWS DevOps
