Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions that support sales automation, customer support operations, and scalable service experiences using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Sales Development
Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales solutions
Customize And Extend:
Leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts
Sales processes and pipeline management
Quotes, orders, and forecasting functionality
Implement business rules, workflows, and custom logic to support sales operations
Dynamics 365 Customer Service Development
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
Implement And Support:
Case management and routing logic
SLAs, entitlements, queues, and escalation rules
Knowledge management features
Support omnichannel service capabilities (chat, email, voice, portals) where applicable
Custom Development
Develop And Maintain:
Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales , service and Marketing)
C# plugins and custom workflows
JavaScript for form scripting and UI enhancements
Optimize CRM performance and support complex business rules
Follow best practices for secure, maintainable, and scalable development
Power Platform Development
Build automation using Power Automate
Develop extensions using Power Apps (Model‑Driven and Canvas)
Implement custom components and enhance user experience
Follow Power Platform governance and ALM standards
Integrations & APIs
Design And Implement Integrations Between Dynamics 365 And:
ERP systems
External applications and third‑party tools
Use REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure integration services
Ensure reliable data synchronization and error handling
Data Management & Security
Support CRM data model design and entity relationships
Implement and maintain security roles, field‑level security, and access controls
Assist with data migration, validation, and data quality initiatives
Testing, Deployment & Support
Perform unit testing and support integration and UAT testing
Participate in deployment activities across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Work Closely With:
Technical Leads and Solution Architects
Business Analysts and Functional Consultants
Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and sprint delivery
Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
Strong hands‑on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Proven Expertise In:
Dynamics 365 Sales
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Deep understanding of CRM entities, forms, views, and business process flows
Development Skills
Strong Proficiency In:
Strong hands‑on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience With:
Power Automate
Power Apps
Knowledge of REST APIs and CRM extensibility
Understanding of Dataverse architecture and security model
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3–8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 / CRM development
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with enterprise‑scale Sales and Service implementations preferred
Microsoft Certifications:
PL‑400: Power Platform Developer
MB‑210: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
MB‑230: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
Experience With:
Omnichannel for Customer Service
Power Pages / Customer Portals
Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
