POSITION DESCRIPTION

Karma Experience is seeking a dynamic and driven Destination Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives for the Phuket / Bali / Vietnam and Cambodia region. This role is perfect for a creative strategist who loves blending data with innovation to design impactful campaigns and travel offers that drive engagement and bookings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct detailed market research on the Phuket destination to identify emerging travel trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
  • Conceptualize and develop new marketing campaigns, offers, and holiday packages to attract potential customers and enhance conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Team for campaign design and content development, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Reservation and Customer Service teams to streamline communication, improve campaign execution, and ensure consistent lead follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports, leveraging data insights to refine campaign strategies and optimize results.
  • Initiate and manage B2B partnerships with travel agencies, affiliates, and influencers to expand brand reach.
  • Drive collaborations and cross-promotional initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in destination marketing, travel promotions, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, consumer behavior, and tourism industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign data and generating actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling campaigns.
  • Should be ready to travel for market research, collaborations, and campaign activations as required.
  • Candidates who have travelled to South East Asia (Bali, Vietnam, Phuket, Cambodia) will have added advantage
