Job Purpose
This profile is responsible to ensure regular reconciliation of salary structure and employee master data, ensuring updations of employee salary details in system with accuracy, update salary structure based on changes in minimum wages, validations of statutory bonus, to share daily, weekly monthly reports to respective stake holders businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities
Compiling incentive inputs received from various SPOCs.Audit of the working files shared by Business/ Function SPOCs.Coordinating with SPOCs in case of any discrepancies in computation.Resolving employee queries regarding incentive calculation.Preparing dashboard reports as and when required.Wallet Payout Processing for the cross sell other incentives.Tax Inputs to payroll for the amount processed in Wallet.Maintaining respective business/department policy repository.Key Decisions / Dimensions
