- Detailed understanding of capital projects planning for cost and timely completion of projects.
- Work extensively with project stakeholders in tracking and ensuring project timelines are met, governance is run effectively and projects come to completion within budgets and timelines.
- Cashflow monitoring and efficient utilization of allocated funds. Tracking and monitoring Cost to complete the project.
- Engage in constant communication with all the involved stakeholders to identify and solve problems, strengthen the launch process of the projects
- Compliance Management, licensing and approvals
- Address management queries about project progress, delays, overruns and future projections
- Assisting in financial closure of projects within a defined timeframe
- Implementation of Project Management software and ensuring necessary controls on project procurement and contracting.
- Assisting in capitalisation of project upon completion.
