Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting, Audit & Compliance

  • Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting for projects and entities
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory, tax, internal, and other applicable audits
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and third-party accountants to ensure smooth audit processes
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and consultants for accurate accounting and transaction processing
  • Track financial performance against AOP, defined KPIs, and key financial metrics, ensuring timely escalation of deviations

2. Cash Flow Management & Monitoring

  • Support identification and evaluation of funding options for ongoing and future requirements
  • Assist in negotiating borrowing terms and monitoring cost of funds
  • Track interest rate movements and support refinancing or repricing initiatives as required

3. Transaction & Business Support

  • Support financial due diligence and accounting evaluation for new transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on tax, regulatory, and accounting considerations
  • Support smooth execution of transactions from a finance and compliance perspective
  • Ensure timely accounting, reporting, and integration of financial records post transaction

4. Systems & Process Enablement

  • Support the stabilisation of ERP / finance systems across entities
  • Assist in mapping accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures within systems
  • Participate in testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness
  • Support training and adoption of systems within the finance team


Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 812 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, and compliance roles

• Experience in real estate, project-based entities, or investment structures preferred

• Strong financial modelling capability and presentation skills

• Experience working with fund structures, including onshore and offshore investment vehicles, will be an advantage

• Strong accounting, audit, and compliance knowledge

• Understanding of debt structures and financial reporting requirements

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and advisors

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Structured, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented approach
