YOUR ROLE
  1. Lead and deliver Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Automation initiatives to improve end-to-end business processes.
  2. Drive high-impact transformation projects with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
  3. Diagnose current processes, design future-state solutions, and support implementation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders to align improvements with business goals.
  5. Coach and mentor Green/Black Belts and support a strong Continuous Improvement culture.
  6. Conduct Gemba Walks, process mapping, VSM, FMEA, and data-driven analysis.
  7. Present insights, progress, and results clearly to leadership.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 15+ years of overall experience, with 8-10+ years in Continuous Improvement / Business or Digital Transformation
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Mandatory: Six Sigma Black Belt certified )
  • Proven experience leading Kaizen and process improvement programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Quality frameworks (QC/QA/QI).
  • Working knowledge of RPA and AI-driven automation projects
