- Conduct Gemba Walks, process mapping, VSM, FMEA, and data-driven analysis.
- Present insights, progress, and results clearly to leadership.
YOUR PROFILE
- 15+ years of overall experience, with 8-10+ years in Continuous Improvement / Business or Digital Transformation
- Strong hands-on expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Mandatory: Six Sigma Black Belt certified )
- Proven experience leading Kaizen and process improvement programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Quality frameworks (QC/QA/QI).
- Working knowledge of RPA and AI-driven automation projects
