Data Scientist Lead/ Sr Data Scientist-immediate joiners

• 6-8 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on NLP and chatbot development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance in chatbot development, data science, computer vision, NLP, and Generative AI techniques.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for data science tasks like sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and chatbot development, improving customer interactions and business operations.
• Build and maintain sophisticated chatbot systems using cutting-edge NLP frameworks, ensuring accurate, efficient, and scalable conversational interactions with users.
• Implement machine learning techniques for dialogue management, conversation flow, and response generation in chatbots, enhancing natural and dynamic interactions.
• Leverage Generative AI models to enable chatbots and systems to reason, understand context, and make intelligent, human-like decisions across text, audio, and visual inputs.
• Develop advanced NLP models and data science algorithms for chatbots to extract insights, sentiment, and entities, personalizing responses based on user interactions.
• Apply computer vision techniques to improve chatbot capabilities, such as incorporating image recognition or visual data analysis within chatbot conversations.
• Conduct data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to improve the performance and robustness of chatbot systems, data science models, and AI-driven applications.
• Stay current with advancements in data science, NLP, computer vision, machine learning, and Generative AI to ensure the integration of the latest techniques into chatbot solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines for processing large-scale data from text, images, and video, enabling efficient chatbot performance.
• Use Generative AI to create synthetic data for training chatbot systems, enhancing data science workflows, and improving the chatbots ability to handle diverse conversational scenarios.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams to develop effective, customer-focused solutions.
