Role Summary
This role focuses on managing and improving client and business data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 by ensuring high data accuracy, adherence to global data standards, and timely task delivery. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to support data maintenance, analysis, process improvement, and ongoing business initiatives.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 data management (CRM Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Ability to interpret business instructions and execute tasks accurately
• Effective stakeholder coordination through meetings and electronic mail
• Strong reporting and task status communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience in data analysis and process improvement
• Ability to identify data or process gaps and recommend improvements
• Exposure to working with global data standards and business requirements
