Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires building and managing data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow across various systems. The position also involves ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle and implementing processes to efficiently migrate and deploy data. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot data-related challenges is an integral part of daily activities, contributing to the overall success of data operations within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
- Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and query performance tuning within cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools to support extract, transform, and load processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline data processing tasks.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
