We are seeking an experienced data scientist who can translate complex data into clear, compelling business stories using advanced machine learning algorithms, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to convert analytical outcomes into insights that influence executive decisionmaking and drive measurable business impact.

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, timeseries, and ensemble methods) to uncover trends, drivers, and predictive insights from large datasets.
• Build scalable ML scripts and analytics pipelines in Python, ensuring model transparency, reproducibility, and business relevance.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines) to enable enterprisescale analytics and ML workloads integrated with BI solutions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that go beyond reporting by embedding advanced analytics, ML outputs, and contextual narratives for executive audiences.
• Tell a clear story with datatransforming complex analyses into intuitive visuals, narratives, and executive summaries that explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions to take next.
• Apply strong business knowledge to frame analytics in the context of operational, financial, and strategic objectives, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with business priorities.
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, including senior leadership, through storytelling, presentations, and recommendations
• Ensure responsible use of data and AI, maintaining high standards for data quality, model explainability, and trust.

What you bring:

• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for ML and data analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikitlearn, etc.).
• Handson experience with Power BI, including advanced data modeling, DAX, and executivelevel visual storytelling.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics architecture.
• Strong data storytelling skills to simplify complexity, highlight insights, and influence decisions through narratives and visuals
• Business acumen with the ability to understand business processes, KPIs, and decision drivers, and connect analytics directly to outcomes.
