Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Data & AI Business Development with 8+ years of industry experience to drive strategic growth initiatives and foster partnerships in the Data & AI domain for India market.
"MUST HAVES"
- Experience in selling data analytics, artificial intelligence technologies.
- Minimum 2 years in Identifying and developing new business opportunities in Data & AI solutions for India market
- Experience in hunting new logos for BFSI/Manufacturing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Data & AI sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Support the creation of strategic go-to-market plans and partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on AI and data strategy.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics and report on business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting and at least 2 years within Data, AI, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, AI technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing large-scale contracts.
- Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI principles.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
