Education: Graduation required (Only for customer service fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.
Explain financial products and services effectively to clients.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Tamil or Kannada (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
