Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process incoming calls, emails, and chats related to US processes such as visa applications, immigration services, and travel documentation.
- Provide accurate information on various products and services offered by the company to customers in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an international BPO environment with expertise in handling international voice process (US process).
- Strong knowledge of inbound voice process, including English language proficiency for clear communication with clients.
- Experience working in an international call center setting with exposure to multiple accents and dialects.
