Our client, a leading global professional service company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an International Customer Support Representative. This position is based in Pune and requires working from the office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
  
• Provide professional and positive responses to global clients
  
• Adapt to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  

Requirements:

• Graduates or Master's degree holders

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  

Note: 2 days of rotational week off and 5 days of working.
