Job location: Candor Tech Space Sector 135 Tower 11, Ground Floor
Joining Date: 11th May 2026
Role: Travel Email Support (International Process)
Job Location: Noida Sector 135
Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)
Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM onwards)

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds & itinerary changes
• Provide accurate information on fares, baggage policies & travel guidelines
• Manage bookings via internal tools & CRM systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution (SLA compliance)
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records

Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with 6 months experience in International Chat / Voice / Travel Process preferred
• Strong written communication skills required
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Graduate freshers can also apply

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: Up to 25,000 (In-hand)
• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Week Offs
• Both-side cab facility (as per transport zone)
