Position Title: Corporate Recruiter
Work Location: Greater Noida West, UP
Shifty Timing: 03.00 PM to 12.00 AM IST
Job Summary:
The Corporate recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for our recruiting workforce of North America Market (NAM) staffing market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the role includes supporting employee engagement initiatives to help foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles of North America Market (Mostly Recruiters).
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage offer negotiation and release of offer letters.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth candidate joining experience.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities, such as events, celebrations, surveys, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand talent gaps and hiring priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 06+ Months of experience in corporate recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri & LinkedIn.
