Job Title: Corporate HR – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional (Internal Hiring)to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles (HR, Delivery, Finance, Operations, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth stakeholder communication
  • Maintain and track candidate data using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
  • Proven experience in corporate hiring / talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
