Position Title: Content Writer
Location: Bangalore
Overview: We are looking for an experienced Content Writer with a strong understanding of the HRMS and HR technology ecosystem. The role will focus on developing compelling, insight-driven content that supports brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and thought leadership across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, and email campaigns.
- Create product-focused content including solution briefs, feature explainers, and product updates.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate HRMS capabilities into clear value propositions.
- Develop thought leadership content targeting CHROs, HR leaders, and enterprise buyers.
- Manage content for SEO optimization to drive organic traffic and search visibility.
- Create LinkedIn and social media content to support brand and demand generation campaigns.
- Support sales enablement through pitch decks, product narratives, and customer stories.
- Maintain consistency with brand tone, messaging, and positioning.
Key Skills
- 5 to 9 years of experience in content writing for B2B SaaS / enterprise products, with at least 3+ recent years focused on HRMS / Payroll platforms
- Strong experience in creating content for social media platforms
- Strong understanding of HR tech ecosystem, HR buyer personas, and industry trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to create engaging long-form and short-form content
- Solid knowledge of SEO, including managing content for optimization to drive organic traffic and search visibility
- Ability to translate complex technical product features into clear business value and use-case driven content
- Experience in creating content for multiple formats including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, and marketing collaterals
- Strong collaboration skills to work with product, marketing, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment

- Organic traffic growth from content (3040% YoY)
- Number of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated from content assets
