Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
  • Salesforce L2 Support Engineer responsible for Incident resolution, root cause analysis and system stability of Salesforce applications. The role at as a bridge between L1 support and L3/engineering teams, ensuring quick turnaround on issues while maintaining high service quality and SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities : 1. Incident Issue Management. 2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 3. Salesforce Configuration Fixes. 4. Integration Data Monitoring 5. Release Change Support 6. Stakeholder Communication. 7. Documentation Governance.
  • Required Skills : 1. Strong knowledge on Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service cloud. 2. Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles Permission sets. 3. Reports Dashboards. 4. Basic understanding of Apex SOQL (for debugging) Data Loader / Workbench.
  • Domain (Preferred) 1. Banking / Financial Services (Loans, LOS, LMS) 2. Understanding of Loan onboarding lifecycle.
  • Soft Skills: 1. Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset. 2. Good communication with business tech teams. 3. Ability to handle pressure in production environment. 4. Ownership and accountability for issue resolution.

  • Any Bachelor degree
Experience
  • Salesforce Support / Administration (1-2 years)
