• BE/ BTech/ BCA/ MCA/ MBA / MA (Economics or Public Policy)
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience
• Strong focus on research, policy advisory and citizen engagement.
• Experience in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and providing project management support
• Experience of preparing SOPs and conceptualization documents for transformation projects
• Experience in designing and executing national awareness campaigns.
• Experience of coordination in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience in managing procurement process, bid process management, government procurement process, RFP/RFQ preparations, etc.
• Proven record of handling financial estimation, budgeting, risk assessment, etc. processes
