We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.


• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.


• Design solutions that meet business needs by collaborating with technology teams.


• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.


• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, while monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or deviations from the plan.


• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions to ensure delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.


• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, recommending and assisting in implementing process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required, along with proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.


• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle is essential.


• Knowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc., and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Experience in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
