Roles and Responsibility
- Provide expert advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents related to corporate law, such as contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risks and optimize business operations.
- Stay updated with changes in corporate law and regulations to provide informed guidance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with financial services or broking companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is an asset.
