Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact consulting professional to support AI-led consulting, pre-sales, and CTO Office – Strategy initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of: AI consulting & solutioning, Pre-sales and GTM acceleration and CTO office strategy & executive-level initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with sales, consulting, and leadership teams, contributing to strategic narratives, deal shaping, and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Consulting & Strategy

  • Develop AI strategy decks, PoVs, and transformation roadmaps
  • Support client workshops and CXO-level discussions
  • Translate business problems into AI-led solution approaches with clear ROI


Pre-sales & Deal Support

  • Support active pursuits and proposals (SOWs, presentations, solution articulation)
  • Contribute to deal shaping with outcome-driven narratives
  • Ensure high-quality and timely deliverables


GTM & Asset Development

  • Build and maintain reusable consulting and GTM assets
  • Support standardization of PoVs, case studies, and proposal templates
  • Contribute to improving proposal turnaround time and consistency
  • Maintain and enhance GTM repository and knowledge assets


Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership

  • Support/anchor sales enablement sessions on AI/GenAI topics
  • Develop playbooks, pitch decks, and use case libraries
  • Contribute to thought leadership content and branding initiatives


CTO Office – Strategy Support

  • Support CTO office initiatives, including: Strategy and transformation narratives, executive presentations and leadership decks, strategic planning inputs
  • Assist in structuring GTM plays, solution positioning, and internal strategy frameworks
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into actionable initiatives



Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT consulting / pre-sales / strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of:
  • AI / GenAI use cases and enterprise adoption
  • Business consulting and solutioning frameworks
  • Experience in:
  • Executive presentations and storytelling
  • Proposal development and PoV creation

Must Have

  • Strong structured thinking and executive communication
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and leadership
  • High ownership with ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Strong collaboration across sales, consulting, and strategy teams


Good to Have

  • Exposure to:
  • Agentic AI / Copilot / Automation use cases
  • Microsoft / AWS ecosystem
  • Experience working with CTO office / strategy teams or leadership stakeholders
