- To provide leadership to Gold Loan Business of the Area; lead assigned Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target.
- Identify and utilize opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank, help branches to plan and conduct customer meets.
- Collaborate with team/ branches to achieve optimum results.
- Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities, in the assigned areas/ markets along with the BDEs.
- Conduct market research, including area mapping, to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs and timely report to the RSM.
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 4 to 8 years
- Achieving Sales Target
- Sourcing business and ensure the BDEs productivity
- Cross selling of asset and third-party products
