A) Accounts & Finance:
- Fund management of company and promotors for Investment prospective,
- Quarterly Finalization of Results and Limited Review Audit for Small Listed Company,
- Ledger scrutiny and finalization of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards viz. Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements,
- Finalization of accounts of Promoters and Holding Companies,
- Supervision of cash and bank work (online and offline transactions like RTGS/NEFT, Receipt/Payment etc.)
B) Taxation-Direct & Indirect Taxation:
a) Direct Tax:
- Compliance of TDS work (Deduction, Computation, Payment, Return filling, Issuing TDS Certificate etc.)
- Preparation & filing of various Income Tax Returns and Forms viz ITR, Form 3CA, Form 3CD & 3CB, 15CB/CA etc.
- Timely completion of Income Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Transfer pricing audit etc.
b) Indirect Taxes:
- Compliance of GST Work (computation, payment, filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Reconciliation of GSTR 2A/2B with books of accounts
- Timely completion of GST Audit (filling of GSR-9, GSTR-9C etc.)Role & responsibilities
