Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate insurance products, including liability insurance, marine insurance, and other specialized lines.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various types of commercial insurance products (e.g., D&O policy, EPL policy).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
