The Customer Support area is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues.
Responsibilities
The Business Vetting Customer Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business information processed through our internal web-based applications. In this entry-level role, you will work in a supportive, collaborative environment where attention to detail, curiosity, and clear communication are valued. You will review and verify business data, resolve discrepancies using internal and third-party resources, and provide professional, timely support to customers seeking clarification on verification results.

Qualifications
Core Responsibilities
- Review and validate business data within internal web applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate discrepancies and verify information using internal tools and authorized third-party data sources.
- Engage with external providers and public data sources to obtain clarification or supplemental information.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns regarding verification outcomes in a timely and professional manner.
- Document verification outcomes, updates, and findings within internal systems.
- Manage workloads to meet defined service-level turnaround deadlines.
- Escalate complex cases, potential fraud indicators, or unresolved discrepancies to appropriate internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple verification tasks and meet turnaround deadlines.
- Comfort working with browser-based tools and data entry interfaces.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of web applications and graphical user interfaces (GUIs).
- Exposure to cloud-based tools or SaaS platforms.
- Previous experience in customer support, data verification, operations, or administrative roles
