.Work experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Business Technology and Information Technology.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (Desired).
• Lean Six Sigma (Desired).
• ITIL, ITSM Certifications (Desired).

Skills and Knowledge:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
