Summary:As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, and designing continuous monitoring systems to collect feedback. Your role will be pivotal in refining processes over time, ensuring that the organization operates at its highest potential.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Document and communicate process changes effectively to all relevant parties.
