Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Build relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions using building materials.
- Create specifications for architectural designs based on client requirements.
- Identify potential customers needs and pitch products accordingly.
- Meet sales targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in BDM (Business Development Management) role.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or related field.
